This website is operated by yourtoolboxJP ("we", "us", "our"), based in Osaka, Japan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify; all purchases you make on this website are made directly with yourtoolboxJP.
1. Products
We sell genuine products from Japanese manufacturers. We try to describe products, specifications and images accurately. Colors and appearance may differ slightly on your screen. Where a specification could not be confirmed from an official or reliable source, we say so on the product page. We may change product descriptions, limit quantities, or stop selling any product at any time.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, because the item is no longer available from the manufacturer), we will contact you and give you a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the price at the time of your order, shown in your order confirmation. Payment is charged when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Shipping, duties and taxes
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For orders shipped to the United States, import duties are included. For all other destinations, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are paid by the buyer. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
6. Content and intellectual property
The text, images and other content on this website belong to yourtoolboxJP or its licensors. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products. yourtoolboxJP is an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer of the products it sells unless stated otherwise.
7. Accuracy of information
Articles and guides on this website are for general information. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings when using a tool. We may correct errors in product information, prices or availability at any time, including after an order is placed; if this affects your order, we will contact you before shipping.
