For production and QC lines that need fast, accurate low-resistance checks connected to a PC or PLC. The HIOKI RM3544-01 is a DC 4-terminal resistance meter (0.000 mΩ to 3.5000 MΩ) with temperature measurement, and it adds EXT I/O, RS-232C and USB interfaces. Genuine product, sold new and shipped from Japan.

Will it work outside Japan?

Same model sold worldwide. HIOKI lists the RM3544-01 under the same model number on its global and US sites.
Power: AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz. HIOKI describes it as a free power supply that can be moved to overseas production lines.
