Shipping to Australia
- Free shipping to Australia on every order. The shipping cost is shown as $0 at checkout before you pay.
- Dispatch: orders ship from Japan within 5–7 days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks after dispatch, with tracking. We ship by FedEx or DHL; some lower-priced hand tools ship by Japan Post.
GST and import duty
- We do not add Australian GST at checkout. The total you see at checkout is what you pay us.
- Orders of A$1,000 or less: under the Australian Taxation Office rules for goods bought from overseas, GST is not charged at sale when the seller is below the A$75,000 GST registration threshold.
- Orders over A$1,000 (total customs value per shipment): GST is payable at the border to the Australian Border Force, and customs duty and clearance charges may also apply. An import declaration is required. These amounts are paid by the buyer.
