A card-size pocket multimeter, only 9.5 mm thick and 60 g, for quick voltage and continuity checks when a full-size meter is too bulky to carry. It measures AC/DC voltage up to 500 V, resistance up to 42.00 MΩ and continuity.

Is the 3244-60 the right one?

The 3244-60 does not measure current. For current, use a clamp meter such as the HIOKI 3280-10F or CM3289.
It is average rectifying (MEAN) and rated CAT III 300 V. For True RMS, current ranges and CAT IV 600 V, see the HIOKI DT4256.
